SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

All orders ship worldwide from The Netherlands with PostNL. Your order will be shipped 1-3 days after you placed your order. 

Please, make sure you fill out the address form correctly.

To stay low in cost, I ship international orders without Track&Trace.  Please contact me if you want to upgrade Track and Trace. Keep in mind

that the upgrade brings extra shipping cost.  

The shipping costs are determined by weight and country.

I carefully pack the artworks, protected in a plastic cover, in a solid carton envelop or box (for larger work up 11,75" - 30 cm).

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

After the purchase is been shipped you can no longer cancel the order.

 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

I kindly remind you that delivery time is only an estimate. Please, keep that in mind when you are placing an order as a gift. 

This is the time it usually takes for the post to deliver your order:

Europe: max 10 working days

United States and Canada: max 20 working days

Rest of the world: max 20 working days

Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

RETURN POLICY

If the product you received is not what you expected or damaged on arrival, please always contact me (Contact form) in advance before returning the item.  

You have 14 days to overthink and return the product.  After the 14 days period the sale is conformed.

Keep in mind that the return costs are for you. As soon as I receive the returning item I will restore your amount, excluding the primary

shipping costs, to your bank account within 14 working days. I will use the same bankaccount the first payment has been made.

The return policy does not apply for items that have been used, or damaged by the buyer.

Customised artworks, sale items or gift cards can't be returned.
